众诺已成功解决全球理光IM C2500系列升级问题

01-升级背景

2020年3月9日，理光发布最新固件（2.27.1），将对IM C复印机进行自动升级。在联网状态下，设备将自动完成升级。升级后的IM C设备有版本区分。

On March 9, 2020, Ricoh released the latest firmware (2.27.1), which upgrades the IMC copier automatically. When connected to internet, the device will complete the upgrade automatically. The upgraded IMC devices will be distinguished by versions.

受升级影响，市面上的兼容芯片与升级后的IM C设备版本不匹配，导致兼容芯片不能正常使用。同时，机器会显示报错信息，如图1。且设备的功能，包括复印、打印、传真等均会被锁定。

And the compatible chips on the market do not match the versions of the upgraded IMC devices. It causes the compatible chips to fail to function properly. An alert message will be displayed on the screens as shown in the figure 1. Simultaneously the functions of the devices, including copying, printing, faxing, etc. will be locked. 

本文所提IM C设备指理光IM C2000 / 2500 / 3000 / 3500 / 4500 / 6000机型。

Note: Ricoh IMC devices mentioned in this article refers to Ricoh models IM C2000 / 2500 / 3000 / 3500 / 4500 / 6000 copier.

02-众诺升级方案

针对本次理光IM C系列设备固件升级情况，众诺已成功开发出分版本的兼容芯片和通用芯片。这些芯片适用于升级后的理光IM C2000 / 2500 / 3000 / 3500 / 4500 / 6000机型。

In response to the firmware upgrade for Ricoh's IMC series copiers, Zhono has successfully developed compatible chips and universal chips for use in upgraded Ricoh IM C2000 /2500 /3000 /3500 /4500 /6000 copier. 

理光IM C系列设备升级后的版本将分为1h:JP / 2h:NA / 3h:EU / 4h:AA / 5h: CHINA。

The upgraded version will be split into 1h:JP /2h:NA /3h:EU /4h:AA /5h:CHINA.
