1. Driving the Industry with Pioneering Chip Innovations

In 2025, Zhono became the first to launch key chip solutions, including support for the Fujifilm Apeos C8180 and Ricoh M2810, alongside the introduction of widely adopted products including the Kyocera TK8455 series and the OKI B433dn series. For device support, Zhono released the Progeasy Update smart chip upgrade tool, which, when combined with the Progeasy 3 Chip Resetter, forms a comprehensive chip reset and upgrade solution. These developments clearly demonstrate Zhono's strengths in chip design, rapid adaptation, and market responsiveness.

2. Recognized Excellence Built on Patents and Design

In 2025, Zhono was officially designated as a provincial Industrial Design Center, in recognition of our outstanding capabilities in IC design and system innovation. Additionally, Zhono’s patented technology for secure chip programming—titled A Method for Secure Programming of Printing Firmware, Chip, and Printing Supplies—received the prestigious 25th China Patent Excellence Award. This achievement represents the highest level of national recognition for our chip technology and further reinforces our commitment to independent innovation.

3. Deepening Strategic Partnerships for Industry-to-Academia Innovation

In 2025, Zhono further strengthened strategic collaboration with a leading university. This partnership bridges industry and academia through joint research on key technologies, innovative project development, and the establishment of shared laboratories and training facilities, ultimately accelerating technological and industrial advancement.

4. Rapid Response for Firmware Updates to Ensure Customer Value

Facing challenges from OEM firmware updates, Zhono responds rapidly, providing customers with timely support in chip validation and upgrades. This approach ensures that products with Zhono chips operate reliably across all supported firmware versions.

5. From Global Chip Exports to Worldwide Support Services Network

Following the successful establishment and operation of our European Customer Support Center, in October 2025, Zhono launched local Customer Support Center in the United States, dedicated to providing local customers with a full-lifecycle services, including pre-sales consultation, rapid response, and on-site support. This expanding global service network reinforces our promise: Zhono, for Greater Reliability.

6. One-Stop Chip Information Website

To better serve our global partners, Zhono launched a new version of its website, www.zhono.com, in October 2025. This one-stop hub empowers users to quickly find chip specifications, download product catalogs, access device reset and upgrade guides, and stay current with firmware updates and industry trends—all designed to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.
