众诺证实，本公司已经面市的夏普MX60/61系列兼容芯片，不受2020年5月原厂发布的固件升级影响，众诺销售的夏普MX60/61系列兼容芯片能够完全兼容新旧复印机。最新固件和升级后版本，见图1。本次固件升级非设备自动升级，需由用户主动选择并由夏普专业的技术人员实施升级操作。

News in English
In May 2020，Sharp released the latest firmware, which upgrades Sharp MX60/61 series devices. Zhono has confirmed that the aftermarket chips for Sharp MX60/61 series released by Zhono are compatible with both the latest and previous copiers(see figure 1). This firmware upgrade is not operated automatically on devices but should be actively selected by users and operated by Sharp technicians. The relevant information is as follows.
Zhono will continue to monitor firmware upgrade and provide our customers with solutions.
