2023年4月26日，理光就IM C2500系列机器发布了最新固件，具体固件信息见图1、2、3。经测试验证，众诺销售的理光IM C2500系列兼容芯片不受此次原厂发布的固件升级影响，能够兼容新旧固件的机器。

On April 26, 2023, Ricoh released the latest firmware for the IM C2500 series copiers (see Figures 1, 2 ). After testing, our engineers verified that Zhono compatible chips used in the Ricoh IM C2500 series copiers are not impacted by the OEM firmware upgrade above (see Figure 3), and that the chips function correctly on the copiers in both previous and current models.Zhono will continue to monitor firmware upgrades and remain committed to providing customers with safe and reliable chip solutions.
