Calibrate Monitor for Photography before I Get a Printer?
That is a common question as in most case folks will have a monitor and the printer at the same time.
But the quick answer is that regardless it always pays to have you monitor properly calibrated so what you send to the monitor as in color values, is properly and CORRECTLY displayed.
